Julia + Mitchell // Poplar Hall Wedding

This wedding was SO. MUCH. FUN.

Julia and Mitchell planned a day straight from the heavens. A string quartet set the scene for Julia and Mitchell’s ceremony and reception and from there they jumped into a homemade playlist that had everyone hitting the dance floor.

It is rare that I get to photograph a wedding party this large that also clearly knows and loves each other. Everyone was full of laughs the entire day, and no one dropped the energy on the dance floor.

Other details I loved: personalized cocktail napkins featuring Atlas (J&M’s sweet pup), a t-shirt gun complete with J&M’s caricatures, a first look with Julia’s bridesmaids, fun socks worn by the groomsmen, and a close friend officiating the ceremony.

This was a day filled with so. much. love. and I truly felt blessed to be a part of it!
